Why drink a cocktail with processed ingredients and loads of sugar if you can enjoy a bubbly, sweet adult beverage with no guilt! Try this recipe of my favorite summer drink, the “Skinny Paloma.” It’s perfect to enjoy poolside with friends and family. Don’t forget the secret ingredient, guava sparkling water!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fresh grapefruit juice (2-3 pink grapefruits, juiced)
  • 3 oz tequila (or vodka if you prefer)
  • 4 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 Tsp of raw honey
  • A generous heap of ice
  • A hearty splash of Guava flavored sparkling water

Directions:

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined and chilled

Step 2: Strain into your favorite cocktail glass filled with ice

Step 3: Garnish with pink grapefruit slice

Step 4: Remember to add Tajin on the rim for a kick of flavor and spice!
