We currently only offer shipping within the United States. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of the product ship date. Please submit your request to email@example.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be issued within 10 business days of XTEND5 receiving the product(s) and customer will be refunded to original payment method.
If you purchased the wrong product, and would like to exchange for a different product, please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Request must be submitted within 30 days of the product shipping date. Product must be unopened and in unused condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
