Adding simple tweaks to common recipes can make all the difference in the world. Try incorporating more gut friendly foods such as cotija cheese to your Chicken Tinga instead of sour cream. Many people have an easier time digesting aged dairy products over traditional dairy products. The healthy bacteria in cotija cheese can help soothe the gut instead of inflame it like many dairy products often do. Give it a try and see if your digestion issues improve.
