Ingredients

  • 2lbs of salmon fillet
  • 3 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • A handful of green beans (about 10oz), chopped
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 inches of ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • Lemon, juiced
  • Green onion and sesame seeds

Directions:

Step 1: Marinade the salmon in a bowl with the Braggs Liquid Aminos and let rest while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2: Heat a large skillet on medium heat and add a teaspoon of sesame oil. Add the salmon, half the garlic, half the ginger, and cook for about 10 -12 minutes. Stir occasionally. Once cooked, place in a bowl and put to one side.

Step 3: Heat the pan some more and add the remaining sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the beans and mushrooms and cook for about five minutes.

Step 4: Once the vegetables are cooked to your preference, return the salmon to the pan, adding the lemon juice, sesame seeds, and green onions to garnish and add a final zing of flavor. Stir and serve immediately.
